Product Warranties

Cymbals:

This warranty protects the original retail purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If a covered product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Heartbeat Distributors Ltd. will replace the product at no charge. To obtain warranty service, contact Heartbeat directly at info@heartbeatpercussion.com. Do not ship any product to Heartbeat for warranty without contacting us and receiving shipping information. Any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

This Warranty does not apply to the following:

• cymbals purchased from a source other than Heartbeat directly or an authorized Heartbeat reseller,
• any owner other than the original purchaser,
• defects caused by use under abnormal playing conditions, cleaning with unauthorized cleaning products, neglect, extreme temperatures or moisture, shipping or handling.
• alterations made to the product from its original condition when it left the Heartbeat warehouse,
• edge cracks.

Drums, Hardware (stands, pedals, thrones, clamps, etc.) and Snare Drums:

This warranty protects the original retail purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a covered product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Heartbeat Distributors Ltd. will repair or replace the product at no charge. To obtain warranty service, contact Heartbeat directly at info@heartbeatpercussion.com. Do not ship any product to Heartbeat for warranty without contacting us and receiving shipping information. Any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

This Warranty does not apply to the following:

• products purchased from a source other than Heartbeat directly or an authorized Heartbeat reseller,
• any owner other than the original purchaser,
• defects caused by use under abnormal playing conditions, neglect, extreme temperatures or moisture, shipping or handling.
• alterations made to the product from its original condition when it left the Heartbeat warehouse,
• drumheads, snares, plating, springs, pedal beaters, straps,
• wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, rust and fading, issues arising from abuse or misuse of the product unless they are deemed at Heartbeat’s discretion to have a defect in the materials or manufacturing.

Bags:

This warranty protects the original retail purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a covered product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Heartbeat Distributors Ltd. will repair or replace the product at no charge. Any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

This Warranty does not apply to the following:

• bags purchased from a source other than Heartbeat directly or an authorized Heartbeat reseller,
• any owner other than the original purchaser,
• wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, rust and fading, issues arising from abuse or misuse of the product, damaged by rough handling during transport, unless they are deemed at Heartbeat’s discretion to have a defect in the materials or manufacturing.

Drum sticks:

Due to the nature of the use of drum sticks, no warranty is included or applicable. If you have any issues, please contact us at info@heartbeatpercussion.com.

In addition, for all products:

Heartbeat Percussion  shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or other damages that may arise as a result of or related to any defect or failure of this product. Heartbeat Percussion’s maximum liability pursuant to this warranty is limited to the monetary value of the product that is the subject of the warranty claim. Upon repair or replacement, a new warranty will NOT apply. Rather, the previous warranty will remain in effect.

This warranty gives the original owner specific legal rights; rights which may vary by province, state or country. These provisions and limited warranty are covered by the laws where the original purchase took place. Heartbeat Distributors Ltd., the warrantor, recognizes that this agreement is enforceable only to the extent and in a manner permitted under applicable laws. Terms and conditions of this limited warranty are subject to change without notice. All products warranted under this specific coverage will be honored.
