Epic Hi-hat Cymbals:
Epic Hi-hat cymbals and the entire Epic series are fully lathed like the Heartbeat Classic series, but features a smaller bell and special lathing and hammering. The rich, warm and natural sounds are ideal when a mellow sound is desired. The buttery, dark and washy sounds are not only perfect for today’s worship music, but also well suited for jazz and venues requiring a quieter sound.
Available in rides, crashes and hats, the Epic series has been known to reduce cymbal volume by 25% when compared to typical store bought machine made cymbals. Epic hi-hat cymbals are warm and buttery sounding. Available in 13″, 14″, 15″, 16″ and 17″ diameters.

Custom Ride Cymbals
Custom Ride cymbals and the entire Custom Series combine the production methods of original Turkish hand made cymbals with a new look and sound. Heartbeat Custom cymbals are unique cymbals just as Heartbeat is a unique company. These cymbals feature a special finish on the unlathed surface and a brilliant lathed finish around the edges. The Custom series produce less overtones, a very controlled sound, and yet good projection but with a quick decay.
The Custom series features rides, crashes, hats and splashes. It is a favorite with sound techs. Depending on the room dynamics, Custom series cymbals work so well in the church environment that you might consider removing the drum shield. Rides are available in light weight for crash/riding and medium weights for mainly riding in 20″, 22″ and 24″ diameters.

Rides are available in 20″, 22″ and 24″ in light or medium weights (24″ is available in light only). If you like to crash your ride cymbals, then the Studio Light Rides are for you. They open up like large crashes, but still ride very well. If you prefer mainly riding your rides, then choose the medium rides. They produce a stronger ping and better stick definition.
